Theolia's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held on Wednesday October 28, 2015, chaired by Mr. Michel Meeus, Chairman of the Board of Directors. A quorum of 57.9% has been reached. All the resolutions submitted to the General Meeting were approved by majorities higher than 95%.
The General Meeting approved the change of corporate name of the Company (Theolia SA has become FUTUREN SA), the transfer of the registered office to Paris, as well as an authorization given to the Board of Directors to make free allocations of shares.
The voting results are available on the Company's Website www.futuren-group.com (Finance/General Meetings).
This General Meeting was an opportunity to point out the major transformation that the Group successfully led over the last five years. FUTUREN today is a performing industrial platform, with solid operating fundamentals and significant potential for national and international growth.
FUTUREN will complete the formalities in order to change the mnemonics of its financial instruments listed on the stock market (stock, stock-warrant and OCEANE). The Company will issue a press release announcing the new codes and the date of their implementation.
